ABSTRACT

Based on the similar structure of adrenaline shared by higenamine (HI), salsolinol (SA) and coryneine (CO), a photochemical colorimetric sensor based on the displacement reaction of o-diphenol hydroxyl group and alizarin red S-phenylboric acid system was constructed to quickly distinguish and identify the cardiac strength of Shengfupian. The results show that the optimal condition of the sensor is: the molar ratio of alizarin red S (ARS) to phenylboric acid (PA) is 1∶3, reaction temperature is 0 ℃; The preparation method of the sample solution is optimized as follows: 2.5 g of Shengfupian powder was taken, 10 times the amount of methanol was added, and 300 W, 40 kHz ultrasound was carried out for 15 min; methodological studies showed that the method had good precision, repeatability and stability. The |△G| value (G is green, |△G| = |G after - G before|) of each sample was obtained by response values determination of 14 batches of Shengfupian. LC-MS/MS was used to determine the contents of three cardiac components in Shengfupian. It was found that the order of the total contents of cardiotonic components was basically consistent with |△G|. Then the correlation was analyzed, and the correlation coefficient R2 was as high as 0.87, which proved the scientificity and accuracy of this method. This study fills the methodological gap of rapid evaluation of the quality of Shengfupian, and provides the key technical support for the high quality and good price of Shengfupian in the market circulation and clinical application.

ABSTRACT

The quality evaluation of X-ray protective clothing at home and abroad is mainly intended for the quality inspection of lead protective clothing. There is no unified standard to be developed for the test of lead protective clothing during use. When lead protective clothing with defective quality is used many times, this phenomenon will pose a greater safety hazard to radiation workers and patients. Therefore, in order to protect the health of radiation workers and patients, the implementation of regular testing and quality evaluation of lead protective clothing and the development of a standardized management system are important. This review introduces the domestic and international inspection method of X-ray lead protective clothing, summarizes the inspection and evaluation method in use, including shield transmission coefficient, defect detection and uniformity test, puts forward relevant suggestions to provide reference for the managers and practitioners of relevant institutions.

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the 10 g nylon silk,vibration threshold value,sense of temperature,pain sense and ankle reflex in the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN)and to search an exact diagnostic method of DPN not only economical but also easy to handle.Methods To carry out the measurements of the NCV,10 g nylon silk,vibration threshold value,sense of temperature,pain sense and ankle reflex on the patients who have been diagnosed with diabetes (DM)between April 2014 and June 2014 in the endocrinology department of our hospital.The sensitivity,specificity,positive forecast value,negative forecast value,Youden index and K value serve as assessments of the diagnostic efficiency of clinically diagnostic criteria. Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive forecast value,negative forecast value,Youden index and K value of the ankle reflex are 66.04%,95.56%,97.22%,54.43%,61.60%,and 0.5 1 in mediate accordance with the diagnostic criteria and it is the best one among the five methods.While the sensitivity and accordance of the pressure sense are of the least accordance with the diagnostic criteria.The correspondent value of the combination of vibration threshold sense,temperature sense and ankle reflex are respectively 86.79%,91.11%,95.83%,74.55%, 77.90% and 0.73,in positive accordance with the diagnostic criteria.Conclusion Among the five methods the consistency between the combination of vibration threshold sense,temperature sense and ankle reflect and diagnostic criteria is of positive accordance and can be applied in screening DPN clinically.

ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the detection accuracy ,the advantages and disadvantages of the microscopic examination and vaginitis five joint inspection method in detecting vaginal secretions .Methods A total of 467 vaginal secretion samples were collect‐ed in Yulin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine .Mycete ,trichomonad ,leukocytes ,clue cell ,lactobacillus were detected by u‐sing microscopic examination and vaginitis five joint inspection method ,and the positive rate ,sensitivity ,specificity and coincidence of the two methods were compared .Results The positive detection rates of the two methods had no statistically significant differ‐ence (P> 0 .05) in detecting leukocytes ,clue cell and lactobacilli ,but had significant difference on detecting mycete and trichomonad (P< 0 .05) .The sensitivities of vaginitis five joint inspection method in detecting mycete ,trichomonad ,leukocytes ,clue cell and lac‐tobacillus were 94 .38% ,97 .44% ,90 .60% ,91 .59% ,93 .52% ,the specificities were 95 .50% ,97 .89% ,93 .08% ,94 .82% , 87 .27% ,the total coincidence rates were 95 .29% ,97 .85% ,92 .29% ,94 .00% ,90 .58% .Conclusion Both methods detecting vagi‐nal secretions have their advantages and disadvantages ,vaginitis five joint inspection method because has simple operation ,high sen‐sitivity ,specificity and accurate .
